BlackPING / FAQ

Evidence, AI and human review.

What is sourced, what is machine-drafted, and who decides.

Is this a live incident feed?
No. The public explorer holds dated, curated public reports with their original source links. It is not real-time posture scoring or a live incident feed.
Who writes the briefs?
AI drafts, summarises and ranks. Analysts verify against the source evidence, and a named reviewer signs off before anything is called intelligence.
Are the AI answers on this site verified?
No. Answers from the signal brief, business-impact and suspicious-message tools are preliminary AI drafts grounded in one chosen source. They are not analyst-verified and are not legal or operational advice.
How do I get platform access?
Apply through the access form. Every request is reviewed by a person; access is approval-gated.
Does BlackPING provide restricted or operational intelligence?
No. BlackPING provides no operational, dispatch or restricted intelligence access.
How does PhishRoot fit in?
PhishRoot is BlackPING's offensive-security and managed-defence division: penetration testing, red teaming, MDR, EDR and the security products. Intelligence tells you what's coming; PhishRoot proves whether it would get in.
Do you hold SOC 2 or ISO certifications?
No certification is claimed. Framework references on this site are proposed readiness mappings, not certifications or audit assurance.
